Three ways to transact
Self-serve · card, usage-based
Sign up for the free tier, upgrade to PAYG with a card. Success-only billing, automatic tier discounts, one billing dimension.
Monthly invoicing
Above $2k/mo, switch to invoiced billing in USD / SGD / CNY — for teams in production.
Annual committed contracts
Committed-volume contracts from $200k; SLA, indemnification, and SOC2 written in by default — legal risk outranks price.
Procurement-ready from day one
Every enterprise contract ships with the paperwork legal asks for first. SOC 2 report and DPA available under NDA.
Two things we don't do
One: we never chase the $0.001/request floor on L1 — no margin there for SLAs, compliance, or support; raw endpoints price at $1.5/1k, the premium buying success rates and one schema. Two: L3 contracts never unbundle indemnification or SOC2 — defaults, not add-ons.
What counts as a successful request?
HTTP 200 with a non-empty payload. Timeouts, upstream failures, and empty results are free. Query success ≥99% is our own leading retention metric.
Does the free tier need a card?
No. Sign-up grants 1,000 requests/mo across all three domains.
Datasets or Search API?
Real-time & freshness → L1 Search API; bulk corpora for training → L2 datasets ($2.5–8/1k records by domain & freshness). Combine: L2 base + L1 freshness layer.
What does indemnification cover?
Source compliance of data Qovia delivers; the provenance ledger keeps every record's source, time, and licensing path auditable. Exact scope per contract text, confirmed by both legal teams before signing.
